Stephen is a graduate of Western State University College of Law (1996), graduating Magna Cum Laude. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. He is a registered civil engineer and began his career in construction as a licensed general contractor.
He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
