IRVINE, CA – Ken Kasdan, Senior and Managing Partner of Kasdan Simonds Weber & Vaughan LLP, serves on the CDCCF Board of Directors.
The Construction Defect Community Charitable Foundation (“CDCCF”) has been established by the members of the construction defect community to provide financial assistance for active members of the construction defect community who have uninsured expenses because of a disability, sickness, and/or the death of a community member or their immediate family member. At a time when our economy continues to struggle, health insurance costs continue to rise and future healthcare benefits remain an uncertainty, the timing of the establishment of this foundation for the members of this community could not come at a better time. Over the past year, contributions continue to come in to the CDCCF and benefits have been paid out to active members of this community further establishing the need for this foundation by this community.
Kasdan Simonds Weber & Vaughan LLP joined the Construction Defect Community Charitable Foundation as an initial sponsor of their 2012 and 2011 CDCCF Golf Tournament. Hosted at the Strawberry Farms Golf Course in Irvine, these first class golf outings included lunch, dinner, great prizes, and a silent auction.
The Kasdan Simonds law firm maintains offices in Irvine and Walnut Creek, California, and Phoenix, Arizona. The firm represents property owners in complex construction defect litigation. For more detailed information on the firm, visit http://www.klwtlaw.com.
