Michael J. White

Michael J. White is licensed to practice in both California and Arizona. He has emphasized residential construction defect litigation, as well as homeowners association law, in his practice in both states. He has litigated numerous construction design and defect cases, involving condominiums, townhomes and single-family detached homes in both individual and class actions.
He has extensively litigated a full range of homeowners association legal matters, including the enforcement of CC&Rs, the validity of amendments to CC&Rs, voting rights and other general corporation issues. Michael has been a speaker at numerous construction defect seminars. He has also been involved in Community Association Institute activities and has presented numerous seminars on community association legal topics.

He earned a bachelor of arts degree in history and an master of arts degree in American history from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento, CA.
