Ken Kasdan specializes in construction defect litigation representing high-rise, condominium, and homeowner associations; single family homeowners; municipalities; and houses of worship. Mr. Kasdan is recognized as one of the nation’s top legal experts on construction defects. Under his guidance, Kasdan Weber Turner has become one of the leading construction defect firms in California and Arizona. The firm has recovered over $755 million for its clients in construction defect litigation.
He earned his Law Degree from the State University of New York, at Buffalo, and his Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York. Ken was admitted to the California State Bar in 1976, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. He was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2003.
