Ritchie Lipson is the Director of Client Relations for Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLP. For the past 20 years, Lipson has worked with Commercial investors, Municipalities, School Districts, Homeowner Associations and Residential Property Owners, to assist in the fair resolution of their claims for defective construction. During that period, he has been involved in over 70 cases, including several class action lawsuits, recovering over $123 million for clients. For those cases venued in Arizona, Ritchie acted as counsel along with others in his firm.
He is a national member of CAI, and served as a past board member and Vice President of the Southern Arizona Chapter. He is a member of the AACM, and the CACM, and regularly serves as an instructor for CAAM Certification courses. As a past board member of the Leadership Center in Chandler, Arizona, he was the recipient of the Brian L. Zemp award in recognition of his commitment toward homeowner education. Ritchie is also an active member and educator in CASH, CASBO, ASSBO and the Municipal League of Cities, in California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Ritchie has extensive political, business, and real estate development experience. As the former CEO and owner of a multi-state retail chain (Popular Stores, Inc.) with 400+ employees, he has been involved in retail and industrial development transactions totaling more than 1.3 million sq. ft. Prior to his business ownership and real estate careers, he spent time at the SEC, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and in the Office of the Minority House Leader in Washington, D.C.
He earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, and a Masters in International Business from the American Graduate School of International Management. He studied international law at the University of Exeter in England. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Colorado College.
Denise Ochoa

Born in New Jersey but a California girl at heart, Denise Ochoa graduated from Chico State University. Active in sports, she gets her exercise playing softball, soccer, and volleyball. She also serves as a board member on the local Little League and AYSO organizations. Denise has three beautiful children.
Denise is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and currently serves on the 2014 Programs Committee for the Central Arizona Chapter, and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Chapter. She has received the Rising Star Award, The Spotlight Award, and The Member of Merit Award from the Chapter for her work within CAI.

Brook Terrell joined Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLP in 2012 and is the Business Development Manager in the Walnut Creek, California office.

Sarah Danowski joined the firm in 2018 and is the Client Relations Manager for Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLP/ Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLLC.
